At the invitation of the Ambassador of Sierra Leone, Mr. Stevens, representatives of 9 German NGOs (see also: http://bintumani.de/sl-netzwerk/) met at the Embassy in Berlin. The focus was on questions about the current Ebola crisis in Sierra Leone. But also questions of the difficult work of the various NGOs were discussed. Furthermore, clarifying information was

Bintamani friends from Bremen organized a charity concert. Due to the eventful very nice evening, several thousand euros in donations were raised. Congratulations. A report on the use of the funds will follow.

This is what about 1000 first-aid kits, packed in banana boxes, look like. We hope to send a container on its way to Sierra Leone this year, after the Ebola crisis has subsided. The first aid kits are then part of the container load.
