Education

The backbone of a democratic society is education.
People who can read, write and calculate are able to play an active role in the social life and construction of a country.
After a general basic education and more advanced training, learning a profession is also vital. With the acquired expertise and a job, one feeds one’s family and contributes to the increase of the country’s gross domestic product. Craftsmanship, used in the economic cycle, strengthens small and medium-sized enterprises and promotes social development.
We have been initiating and supporting projects for vocational training and qualification for years.
In our commitment, between Berlin and Sierra Leone, for vocational training, we were awarded several times as a decade project “Education for Sustainable Development”.
